The power available to the units is 208 Volt, 3 phase. 4000 amps of power are available to the Building as a result of recent upgrades that involved the installation of 13.8 KVA Transformer.

 
Structure

The structure of the building consists of 7 inch concrete slab floors supported around the perimeter by steel reinforced concrete piers and throughout the interior by steel reinforced concrete columns. Walls are reinforced concrete with brick cladding on the street elevations and tower. The windows on the street elevations are slated for replacement in the fall of 2006. New, energy efficient windows will replace the old in a design intended to replicate the existing, including casements that open.

 
Floor Plate

The floor plate consists of approximately 12,400 square feet of gross leaseable floor area.

 

Heat is provided by means of a steam boiler and cast iron rads. Air conditioning is specific to the individual units. All units have operable windows that provide ventilation.
