Construction

This is a 3 storey building constructed of brick and timber. The original building was added on to twice to bring it to its present configuration.

Floor Plate

The floor plate of the main and second floors is about 3,500 square feet each. The third floor consists of about 2,000 square feet. There is storage space in the basement.

Elevator

This building is serviced by one freight elevator.

Electrical

208 Volt, 3 phase electical service is available to all the units in the building.

HVAC

The building has a steam boiler and cast iron radiators for heating. Each of the units has its own air conditioning system. Many of the building's windows can be opened.
