laid out in a geometric pattern. Fluorescent
lighting is recessed into a cove in the high
ceiling. The walls are covered with a painted
grass cloth finsh. |

geometric tile pattern of the lobby is echoed in
the elevator. The walls are covered with a plastic
laminate finish trimmed with stainless steel. The
elevator door has a textured stainless steel

Upper
floors have broadloomed floors. Walls
are covered with a speckled blue/grey
paint. Suite doors are over sized covered
in a simulated maple grain plastic laminate
finish. Ceilings are white acoustic
tile with recessed four foot flurescent

refinished within the last five years. |

Security |

Building
doors are locked outside regular business hours.
An Intercom by the front door allows visitors to
contact tenants via the tenants' own telephone
system. After business hours access is only
possible by means of a card access reader by the
main door. The security cards are issued on a
strictly controlled basis upon payment of a
deposit and may be individually deactivated if
necessary.
