This is a commercial/industrial strip of Bramalea Road considered by the City of Brampton as a “Gateway to Brampton” and viewed as an eventual redevelopment area. There are a number of industrial/warehouse buildings in the immediate vicinity.
Transportation
Automobile access is facilitated by the proximity of the Bramalea on/off ramp to the 407 Highway just a few minutes to the south. The Bramalea GO Station located just to the south at Steeles Avenue East. Local buses run across Steeles Avenue East and up Bramalea Road.

The building comprises almost 77,000 square feet. The front 40,000 square feet constitutes the original building with a 16 foot high ceiling. The rear 37,000 square feet is an addition with 22 foot high ceilings. There are 8 truck level doors and 4 drive-in doors. There is about 5,000 sq. ft. of air conditioned office. There is ample outdor parking on site.
