Location

This building is located on the east side of Scarsdale Road just south of York Mills Road east of Leslie Street in Don Mills.

Neighbourhood

Scarsdale Road is home to a number of smaller office and warehouse buildings built since the 1980s.  Within easy walking distance are many popular fast food restaurants on York Mills, the Longo’s Plaza just east of York Mills Road and Leslie Street and the Prince Hotel.

Transportation

The building is minutes by car from the 401 Highway and Don Valley Parkway. The bus on York Mills connects to the Yonge subway line at the York Mills subway station.

Building Size

The office portion of the building is 3 stories high with each floor comprising about 13,000 square feet.  There are two rear warehouse units, one being about 16,000 square feet with ceiling height of 16 feet and the other about 18,000 square feet with a 22 foot ceiling height.

Parking

There is ample surface parking available around the outside of the building.

Life Safety

This is a sprinklered building with a monitored fire alarm system, fire hose cabinets and emergency lighting and emergency exit lighting.  Regular testing and maintenance of all life safety systems is a top priority of building management.

Security

The building’s entrance doors are locked outside of regular business hours.  An intercom by the front door allows visitors to contact tenants via the tenants’ telephones.  After hours, the front door can only be opened with a key fob that activates a proximity reader.  The key fobs are issued on a restricted basis and may be individually deactivated if necessary.  In case of emergency Building Management can be contacted by dialling our regular office number.  Our answering service can contact a designated employee who is on call on a 24 – hour basis to respond to emergencies.
