We have been tenants of 110 Spadina for 6 years now. We started with one suite and as our company grew, Capitol Buildings was incredibly accommodating in finding us space in adjoining suites. When it became apparent that the 4 separate suites in which we were housed was simply no longer working for us, Harry and his team found us an exceptional space on another floor which they tailored to our needs. Our new office is modern, sleek and incredibly professional looking. We are thrilled with all the work that was done on our behalf. The building is well-maintained and if any issues do arise, they are taken care of without delay.
We've been a tenant at 366 Adelaide St. West for over 19 years...that alone is a testimony to an extremely good lease experience! The Capitol Building staff is always courteous, responsive and all requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Several years ago they helped us through a business transition that required changes to our office space requirements and this was managed professionally and well within the timeframe we required.
